Warranties & Returns
All products (except phones) carry a 90-day hardware warranty from the date of purchase. Phones carry a 30-day warranty. Warranties do not cover physical, liquid, software, or accidental damage of any sort. Warranties do not cover consumable
parts such as batteries.
Warranties can be extended on MacBooks, iMacs, and iPads to 1 full year from the date of delivery. The 1-year warranty can be purchased at the time of checkout or before the included 90-day warranty expires.
The customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to The Refurbished Apple Store for returns or a warranty claim. The Refurbished Apple Store will be responsible for shipping the item back to the customer.
All items sent back to The Refurbished Apple Store must have an RA# clearly labeled on the outside of the box. RA#s are issued after you submit a claim.
You may return any non-broken item along with all the included accessories in it’s original packaging for a refund, within 14 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
